New Orleans 2024 is on the verge of Mardi Gras. One of Pat O’Brien’s famous dueling piano players, Margerie Brevard is dead on a French Quarter sidewalk and her daughter goes missing soon after. A mysterious letter arrives at the Beacon of Hope in NYC and Clare and Brie are hired to find the missing woman, Aimee Brevard.

Clare's visions only add to the already rising temperatures in the bayou, but don’t seem to be getting them any closer to finding Aimee. With thousands of tourists ready to celebrate one of the wildest carnival celebrations in the world, time is running out.
